Visit the Dorking Healthcare IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapists) website dhctalkingtherapies.co.uk/self-referral and self-refer for therapy from a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner or CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist).

DHC Talking Therapies can help by providing psychological therapies for people who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic or anger. Your therapy will be tailored to suit your needs and treatments are available over the phone, by video or online.

The Practice offers a counselling service offering sessions remotely by phone or video link providing counselling support be it stress at home or at work, relationship issues, social isolation, low self-esteem, bereavement or loss. Please contact reception about how to arrange a referral from a GP.

Contact the Practice and request an appointment with our FCPP (First Contact Psychological Practitioner) who work on Tuesday 12:00-16:00, Thursday 12:00-16:00 and Friday 08:00-12:00.

Visit the Mind Matters Talking Therapy website www.mindmattersnhs.co.uk. They are experienced in common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and stress.
